Mezcal Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Scorpion Mezcal
  • ¾ oz. Agwa de Bolivia Coca Leaf Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Cointreau
  • 1½ oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. agavesyrup
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ¼ avocado, cubed
  • Sprig of basil, for garnish

Mezcal Avocado Glass

Preparation instructions:

  1. Rim a chilled pint (16-oz) glass with Liquid Chef Dehydrated Cactus-Lemongrass Salt. Pour the rest of the ingredients (except the garnish) into a blender canister with 1 cup of ice. Blend ingredients thoroughly. Garnish with basil.
